Privacy policy
Pieces of Nature does not collect, store or share any personal information.
What stays on your device
Your puzzles in progress, finished-puzzle statistics, settings and downloaded photos are stored only on your device, in the app's own storage. They are not sent to us or anyone else, and they are removed when you delete the app.
What the app downloads
When it starts, and when you open a photo for the first time, the app downloads the photo list and photo files from our content server (Amazon CloudFront). These requests carry no account, identifier or information about you. As with any internet request, the server sees your IP address in order to reply; we do not log or store it.
What the app does not do
- No accounts or sign-in
- No advertising and no tracking
- No analytics or crash-reporting services
- No access to your photos, camera, microphone, contacts or location

The photo credits link to Wikimedia Commons, which opens in your browser and is covered by the Wikimedia Foundation's own privacy policy.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children.
This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics, trackers or third-party fonts. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security; see GitHub's privacy statement.
